Sunvoy relies on a small number of service providers to run the Services. Where we process personal data on your behalf, for example the records of your customers, leads and sites, those providers act as our subprocessors. This page lists each subprocessor, its legal entity and address, what it does for us and where it processes data. We update this page before we add or replace a subprocessor and explain below how you can object to a change.
Under our Terms of Service and applicable data protection law, you decide why and how the personal data you and your end customers put into the Services is used, and Sunvoy, Inc. processes it on your behalf. A subprocessor is a third party that we engage to process that personal data so that we can deliver the Services. We bind each subprocessor to written data protection terms that are at least as protective as our commitments to you, and we remain responsible to you for its work.
A provider is a subprocessor only to the extent it processes personal data on our behalf. Services that you connect to your own account, such as XTRM, HubSpot, Enphase or SolarEdge, are not subprocessors; your use of them is governed by your agreement with that provider. Providers that decide for themselves how they use personal data are not subprocessors either: Google LLC provides the Google Maps Platform, which we use to look up addresses, as an independent controller under its own terms, and Stripe, LLC acts as an independent controller for its own regulatory and fraud-prevention obligations.
These providers are used for every account.
